Imedi TV appeals to investigation service to respond to facts of obstruction of journalistic activities at opposition’s rally in Tbilisi

Imedi TV on Tuesday appealed to the investigation service to respond to the facts of obstruction of journalistic activities and insulting crews at a protest rally of the opposition in Tbilisi.

The protest rally continues on Melikishvili Avenue, where protesters are still obstructing Imedi TV crew from carrying out their professional activities.

Protesters are restricting the operator's ability to work. Insulting shouts are also heard.

The domestic opposition claimed that the elections had been rigged and had started protest rallies in Tbilisi following the victory of the ruling Georgian Dream party in the parliamentary elections held on October 26.
