US Embassy in Georgia announces arrival of Courtney Ostrian as Chargé d’Affaires ad Interim

Courtney Ostrian has been appointed Chargé d’Affaires ad interim at the United States Embassy in Georgia.
According to the Embassy, Ostrian recently arrived in Georgia from the United States to assume her new role.
Amy Diaz, who had been serving as Acting Ambassador, has resumed her position as Deputy Chief of Mission and will continue her work at the Embassy in Georgia.
“We are pleased to announce that Chargé d’Affaires ad interim Courtney Ostrian has arrived at the U.S. Embassy in Georgia. Amy Diaz has returned to her role as Deputy Chief of Mission”, the Embassy said in a statement.
