Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze, together with Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze and Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Mariam Kvrivishvili, on Friday attended the opening ceremony of the first official Ferrari Tbilisi showroom, marking a significant milestone for Georgia’s business and investment environment.

In his remarks, Kobakhidze emphasised the significance of the flagship of the automotive world entering Georgia and noted that this was yet another confirmation of the stable and attractive business environment in the country.

“Probably 15-20 years ago, if someone had said that a Ferrari centre would open in Georgia, no one would have believed it. Yet today this is a reality. I want to congratulate everyone on this day. This is a sign that the country is developing and that the economy is developing. We are proud that we have an environment suitable for investment and economic activity, and today is an expression of that fact - that Ferrari has entered Georgia”, he said.

“Ferrari is the flagship of the automotive industry, a true leader, a benchmark of Italian quality, and we are proud that Ferrari is now in our country”, Kobakhidze noted.

The Prime Minister expressed special thanks to Ferrari President for Europe and Africa Renaud de Puyfontaine and Nazar Holding founder Ali Nazar, wishing them success.
