Georgian PM says next elections in country will be held in 2028

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze on Monday said the next parliamentary elections in the country would be held on October 28 of 2028 as provided by the Constitution of Georgia.

In his remarks, Kobakhidze urged everyone to respect the Constitution of Georgia and the country's democratic system.

“I urge everyone to respect the Constitution of Georgia and our country's democratic system. This would be a healthy, dignified attitude towards our country”, the PM said.
