During the visit, Bagrationi will participate in a global summit organised on Melania Trump’s initiative, titled Fostering the Future Together. The summit aims to promote the safe and innovative use of advanced technologies to support children’s education, development, and overall well-being.
As part of the event, Melania Trump will host a roundtable discussion at the White House with spouses of world leaders. The discussions will focus on assessing the role of first spouses in supporting children’s welfare in the digital age and exploring their shared commitments in this area.
Prior to the roundtable, a working session hosted by the U.S. State Department will take place. This session will include discussions on practical approaches and innovative tools designed to help children maximize opportunities and overcome challenges in the digital era.
Alongside the Georgian first lady, the Georgian delegation includes deputy minister of education, science and youth Baia Kvitsiani and chair of the parliamentary committee on education, science and youth affairs Mariam Lashkhi.
First Lady Melania Trump’s Fostering the Future Together two-day Global Coalition Summit will assemble leaders from 45 nations and 28 best-in-class technology entities.
Fostering the Future Together is a global coalition of nations aligned to empower children through education and technology. First Lady Melania Trump shared her vision to form the new entity during the 80th United Nations General Assembly.
