Key partners of the Service included relevant agencies from the United States, the United Kingdom, and member states of the European Union. Notably, the Service maintained strong and productive cooperation in the field of security with the appropriate agencies of neighboring strategic partners - Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Turkey.
Regular collaboration was carried out in both operational and analytical dimensions, covering areas such as regional security risk assessment, counterintelligence, counterterrorism, and cybersecurity.
Special emphasis was placed on the development of the international legal framework with partner states. In 2024, the Service completed relevant procedures for seven draft agreements on the exchange and mutual protection of classified information, as well as three draft agreements concerning interagency cooperation.
