Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze on Thursday said that his government remains committed to protecting the nation's territorial integrity and will continue to pursue a principled policy of non-recognition.
Speaking to journalists, Kobakhidze underscored that Georgia will categorically reject any efforts toward annexation or the illegitimate recognition of its occupied regions.
“We have a very clear policy. We cannot, and will not, reconcile ourselves with any attempts at annexation or recognition. We remain steadfast in our commitment to our territorial integrity and will continue to address these issues with a principled approach”, the PM said.
