Kobakhidze on Thursday said that the most important priorities of the country were to restore the territorial integrity in a peaceful way and to completely overcome poverty.
In his remarks at the Georgian Parliament, Kobakhidze stressed that restoring Georgia's territorial integrity “in a peaceful way” and eradicating poverty were the two paramount national objectives, setting the stage for a comprehensive strategy to address these pressing challenges.
“Today, 20 percent of Georgia's territory is occupied [by Russia] and 15 percent of Georgian citizens live below the poverty line. We can only be satisfied with our work after we nullify these two percentages. Zero percent of occupation and zero percent of poverty - this is the Georgian dream, this is the Georgia of our dream”, he concluded.
