The President and Prime Minister of Georgia have officially congratulated Georgian football star Khvicha Kvaratskhelia after he clinched his second consecutive UEFA Champions League title.

The celebratory messages were shared on social media by President Mikheil Kavelashvili and Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze.

For the second year in a row, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and his club, Paris Saint-Germain, have emerged as the champions of Europe.
