Georgia to highlight culinary, tourism treasures at Madrid Fusión 2025

Georgia’s gastronomic heritage and tourism potential will take stage at Madrid Fusión 2025, one of the world’s most prestigious culinary congresses, set to take place in Madrid.

The National Tourism Administration of Georgia, led by Maia Omiadze, will represent the country.

Four renowned Georgian chefs, Guram Baghdoshvili, Davit Narimanishvili, Daduna Ghlonti, and Irakli Todadze, will present Georgian culinary traditions.

The stand will feature an integrated “Show Kitchen”, where visitors and culinary professionals can experience live demonstrations of traditional Georgian dishes.

Twice daily, attendees can enjoy cooking masterclasses showcasing iconic Georgian recipes and exclusive wine tastings.

As one of the most influential culinary congresses, Madrid Fusión annually attracts over 25,000 visitors from over 50 countries, including more than 1,800 professionals and 180 speakers.
