Georgian PM, Turkish Interior Minister discuss cooperation, security matters

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze on Thursday met with Turkey’s Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya.

The meeting focused on the friendly relations and strategic partnership between the two nations.

The officials highlighted the fruitful cooperation between the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs and Turkish law enforcement agencies.

The parties further discussed regional developments, along with the role of Georgia and Turkey in promoting stability and peace.

Kobakhidze thanked the Turkish Interior Minister for his visit to Georgia, noting that high-level visits contribute to further strengthening the strategic partnership between the two countries.
