Georgian PM congratulates students, teachers and parents on start of new academic year

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze on Tuesday congratulated school and university students, teachers, professors, lecturers and parents on the start of the new academic year.
“Heartfelt congratulations to all students, teachers, professors, lecturers and parents on the beginning of the new academic year!” Kobakhidze said.
“I would like to extend special congratulations to first-graders and first-year university students, for whom today marks the beginning of an important new chapter filled with learning, personal growth and new opportunities”, he continued.
He emphasised that education and hard work would determine the strength of the state and contribute to a secure future.
“I am confident that you will achieve many successes. The role of our teachers in educating future generations is invaluable. I thank every teacher and lecturer for faithfully carrying out this honourable mission. I wish you a productive, engaging and successful academic year”, Kobakhidze concluded.
