Khvicha Kvaratskhelia joins Paris Saint-Germain until 2029

Paris Saint-Germain on Friday officially announced the signing of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, the 23-year-old Georgian winger, who would wear the number 7 shirt and make history as the first Georgian player at the club.
Kvaratskhelia’s meteoric rise in the football world has culminated in his transfer to Paris Saint-Germain on a contract that runs until 2029.
The winger, renowned for his flair, speed, and playmaking abilities, became the 50th nation to be represented at PSG.

Kvaratskhelia’s journey began at Dinamo Tbilisi, where he debuted in Georgia’s Erovnuli Liga at just 16 years old.
He later moved to FC Rustavi before gaining prominence with Rubin Kazan in Russia, showcasing his talent with 9 goals and 18 assists in 73 matches.
His standout performances continued at Dinamo Batumi before making a high-profile transfer to Napoli in 2022.

At Napoli, Kvaratskhelia emerged as one of football’s brightest talents, contributing to the club’s first Serie A title in 33 years.
His exceptional debut season saw him named Serie A’s Best Player, Best Assister, and Best Young Player in the Champions League, solidifying his reputation as a world-class talent.
