Serbian President praises Georgia’s rapid progress and development

Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić on Monday expressed gratitude to Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze for the warm hospitality extended during his official visit to Georgia.
In his message, Vučić highlighted Georgia’s progress and invited the Georgian Prime Minister to Belgrade.
“I would like to sincerely thank you for the exceptional and extraordinarily warm hospitality that you and your team extended to me and my delegation during our official visit to Georgia. The warmth and brotherly ties between our two nations were evident at every stage of my visit”, he said.
The President further noted that Serbia and Georgia are not merely two countries that are successfully developing bilateral relations, “they are united by shared values and a similar history that has been intertwined for centuries, rooted in Orthodox Christianity, which has withstood the most difficult trials of time”.
“I was deeply impressed by the rapid progress and advancement your country is achieving, as well as by the strong determination of its leaders and authorities to dedicate every effort toward Georgia’s continued success and the attainment of tangible results. At the same time, I am sincerely pleased and proud of your achievements, as they are well deserved by your country and its citizens”, Vučić noted.
“I am firmly convinced that the most significant accomplishments of our cooperation still lie ahead and will benefit both our business communities and our citizens, who share a special sense of goodwill and friendship toward one another. This was particularly evident during the time you so generously devoted to me and my delegation”, he continued.
The President concluded by wishing the Georgian Prime Minister all the best and reaffirming his highest respect.
“Before I have the pleasure of welcoming you in Belgrade this October as a most valued guest and brother, I would like to take this opportunity once again to wish you all the best and to reaffirm my highest respect”, Vučić concluded.
